The hotel has a GREAT location near the British Museum. My room included air conditioning. The staff were very friendly. They are happy to help with directions.
I noticed a slightly longer wait during peak check-in hours.

The location is amazing. it is near the tube station. several sights are easy to reach. the staff applied first aid after a minor accident i had, and they laundered my trousers. I was very grateful. the reception desk lady, marla, showed professionalism and helpfulness.

Acceptable Stay with a Downside
great locationlong wait times
The location was great. I was close to the Tottenham Court Road station.
The lifts were an absolute joke. There were only three for a massive building. The wait times were ridiculous. I started adding an extra twenty minutes to my schedule just to get down to the lobby.
