great location air conditioning friendly staff
The hotel has a GREAT location near the British Museum. My room included air conditioning. The staff were very friendly. They are happy to help with directions.
I noticed a slightly longer wait during peak check-in hours.

amazing location helpful staff laundered trousers
The location is amazing. it is near the tube station. several sights are easy to reach. the staff applied first aid after a minor accident i had, and they laundered my trousers. I was very grateful. the reception desk lady, marla, showed professionalism and helpfulness.

The staff members were cute. they were friendly and helpful. they assisted me with an accident and even laundered my trousers. I am very grateful. i saw professionalism from the reception, which i appreciated.

Acceptable Stay with a Downside
The location was great. I was close to the Tottenham Court Road station.
The lifts were an absolute joke. There were only three for a massive building. The wait times were ridiculous. I started adding an extra twenty minutes to my schedule just to get down to the lobby.
